I am a Neuromuscular Therapist with a private practice in Jacksonville, FL. I also have traveled on the PGA Tour with some professional golfers. Therefore, I have a variety of clientele from the very fit to the very ill. I specialize in the alleviation of chronic pain and the correction of dysfunctional biomechanics. In my practice I have been truly Blessed with an ability to help people heal. One of the things I do is help people understand how they can improve their health at home so that they can be actively involved their healing process. I lost my father and pop-pop to cancer when I was 13 and 15. I wanted to help other people and their families not suffer. So, I majored Pre-Med/Biochem at UMASS Amherst. It quickly became apparent to me that Western medicine mindset was to treat AFTER someone had become ill rather than finding a way to prevent the disease from happening in the first place. Dissatisfied, I got a job in Boston and went to Harvard at night, studying Linguistics. Through experience, time, and training I built my neuromuscular therapy practice.
